What is an Apostille in Peru?
The Apostille is a certification issued by the Peruvian government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Its purpose is to authenticate the signature and capacity of the Peruvian official who signed a public document originating in Peru.
This process ensures the document’s legal validity in countries that are signatories to the Haya Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents.

The Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
Where is it valid?
In countries that are party to the Haya Convention on the Abolition of the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents.
