Some of our regular processes:
Foreign judgments may be enforced in Peru by means of a judicial request for exequatur.
Requirements (minimum):
- Apostilled foreign judgment.
- Document that proves that the judgment is enforceable (final judgment), also apostilled.
- Translations into Spanish by a certified translator in Peru (if applicable).
We can collect an outstanding debt in Peru by extrajudicial and judicial means.
Requirements
- Contract where the debt is agreed (if any).
- Proof of payment that accredits the movement of the money.
You will be able to opt for a quick divorce and a judicial divorce.
- The quick divorce can be given as long as both parties agree with this process, its process has an estimated duration of 4 months.
- In case of refusal by either spouse, the divorce must be petitioned with the court, with an estimated duration of 1 to 4 years.
Requirements for both cases:
- Marriage certificate (not older than 3 months after issued).
- Separation of property agreement.
- Child support agreement (if applicable).
- Affidavit of last marital domicile.
